He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Millard (Judy), Larry Millard, Doug Millard (Colleen), David Millard (Nancy), Gail Leikvoll (Jim), Mary Vouk (Rich) and Deb Robison (Tom). He is also survived by his parents, sister and brother in law (Linda and Al Friendshuh), and sister in law.
