We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2020, at the age of 80, Nancy A. Erickson (Big Lake, Minnesota), born in Cloquet, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver W. Hoglund and Ann Hoglund (Larson); her husband William Hyslop; her brother Donald; and her sister-in-law Jean Hoglund.

She is survived by: her children, William (Maria) of Pine River, Patricia Borchert (Melvin) of Big Lake, Catherine Sechser (John) of Otsego and Thomas of St. Cloud; and her sister Marylyn Leaf (Richard) of Crystal. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

“In loving memory of Nancy A. Erickson, Someone so special will not be forgotten. Nancy, your Mom and grandmother and I had some great conversations the times I had the privilege to care for her. She was SO excited about the Halloween Spooktacular and told me all about it and how she was helping also with some details, and hoping for good weather. Nancy was so proud of all of her family and talked about their hard work and loving ways. She asked me about death. I hope she was at peace. Hugs.”
