He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Thomas; his children, Dean Thomas (Terri), Lynn Thomas, Natalie Johnson (Chad), Brett (Amy McFadden) and Susi Chaplin (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nicholas Anderson, Page Koch (Nick), Bryan Kula (Stephanie), Jess Trombley (Andrew), Alexis Johnson (Carson Stadel), Scott Thomas, Alec Thomas, Perrin Chaplin and Marli Chaplin; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Miles and Sutton Trombley; his grandchildren, Harrison, Hendrix Kula, Kayson and Paxton Koch; and his brothers, John Thomas (April) and Wayne Thomas (MaryJo).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home (311 Ashland St S, Cambridge, MN 55008).
