He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Virgil and Wilma Dorthea Marie Kimber (Dunker); his wife Yvonne Rose Lindeman; his brothers, Roland Kimber and Dennis Kimber; and his daughter-in-law Sheri Lyn Kimber.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Ganske-Bennett (Thomas) of Bottineau, ND, Wayne Kimber of Hewitt, Myron Kimber (Sherrie) of Bertha and Brian Kimber (Kelly) of Bertha; his sisters, Lois Stelflug of Wadena and Avis Lenz of Shakopee; his grandchildren, Mitchell Ganske, Shaun Kimber, Brandon Kimber, Daniel Kimber, Andrew Kimber, Eric Kimber, Alex Kimber, Brittney Wawrzyniak, Brianna Schifsky, Linsey Karpen and Lacey Krush; and his great grandchildren, Justice, Brook, Natalie, Jeremiah, Logan, Ashtyn, Helena, Macie, Camden, Colten, Mason, Dane, Carson, Everly, Bennett, Bo, Luke, Paislee, Jackson, Zion, Wyatt, Cassie, Jackie and Calan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
