He is survived by: his former wife Kimberly Ann Johnson; his fiancé Kim Voge; his father Wayne Voge; his sons, Michael Waldvogel (Amy), Adam Rae Voge (Alexa), Logan Voge (Catherine), Skylar Voge (Bailey Fuchs) and Kole Voge; his grandchildren, Garrett, Bailey (Joslyn Waldvogel), Eleanor Rae Voge and Robert (William Voge); and his siblings, Dianne Koch (John), Brad Voge (Teri) and Craig Voge.
