She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Jensen and Jacob Jensen; her husband Albert Mazurek; her sisters, Pearl Reardon and Mae Delp; and her sons-in-law, Lyle Ascheman and Leonard Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Ascheman of Benson, David Mazurek (Colleen) of Crowley, Patricia Mills of Monticello, Karen Wilson (Orrin) of Hancock, Connie Yost (Philip) of Murdock and Joseph Mazurek (Julie) of Mound. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great-grandchildren.
