Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Margaret DeMarce of Benson, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 90, on November 16, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burke and Alice Meany Burke; her husband Paul DeMarce; her brothers, Michael Burke, Timothy Burke (Jeanne) and Patrick Burke (Vivian); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Connolly, Joan DeMarce, Larry DeMarce (Laurie), John Morrow and Tom Connelly.
She is survived by: her children, Jack DeMarce of Benson, Timothy DeMarce of Park Rapids, Alice DeMarce of Champlin, Nora Simpson (Bill) of Park Rapids, Viann DeMarce of Emigrant, MT and Jane DeMarce of St. Paul; her grandchildren, Christopher Pugh (Paige), Kevin Pugh (Rachael Gruidl), Kacie Flack (Garrett), Eryn Simpson (Jon Picken), Jill Eriksmoen (Evan), Jeni Deering (Ryan) and Sara Simpson; her great grandchildren, Shayne Pugh, Brittyn Pugh and Axel Eriksmoen; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Morrow of Grand Rapids and Vonnie Connolly of Lakeville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Centra Care Hospice, the Swift County Benson Hospital Auxiliary, or the Benson Library.
