He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Collins; his stepchildren, Steve Collins (Diane), Dennis Collins (Mary), Jeff Collins (Margaret), Jody Collins (Jackie), Bonnie Wrobleski (Gary Michaels), Luann Moen (Bruce) and Tim Collins (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Todd, Terry, Tammy, Scott, Jami, Adam, Josh, Jordan, Jenna, Trista, Troy, Travis, Johnathan, Jennifer, Tasha and Kristin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
