He was predeceased by: his pet Jewel; his grandparents, Phaen, Dorothy Pittman and LuElla Marquardt; his close friend Cheryl Ostendorf; and his uncle Donna Mae.
He is survived by: his mother Janet Marquardt; his siblings, April Cramlet and Keith Cramlet; his niece Page Cramlet; his nephews, Jeremy Cook and Dalton Cramlet; his siblings, Michael Bird, Angie and Sarah; his cousin Michael Lee; his grandchildren, Sandy and Craig; his great-aunt Bonnie Thompson; his cousins, Pam, Jeff, Pat, Kevin and Chrissy; and also, Laura Lorna and Karla.
