Virginia H MacKinnon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia H MacKinnon of Bemidji, Minnesota, born in Riverton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hylton and Marion Hylton (McKeon); her husband Ray MacKinnon; her stepfather Elroy Harker; her daughters, Theresa, Beverly and Vicky; her sister Mary Tillman; and her son-in-law Buddy Zukeran.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Zukeran and Don MacKinnon (Mandy); her brother Peter Harker; and her grandchildren, Melody, Cherie, Steven, Daniel, Brittany, Erika and Jonathon. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Through donation of her time and talents with Cub Scouts, Hospice, Churches United, Meals On Wheels, Foster Grandparenting in the elementary schools and so many other organizations, Mom made a point of always giving back to the communities in which she lived.
