As Sheldon Ray departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sheldon Ray. Though Sheldon Ray may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bisson and Marion Hinkemeyer; his brother Louie Bisson (Brenda Zaccagnino); and his father-in-law Walter Christianson. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bisson of Bemidji; his daughters, Shannon Nelson (Ryan) of Bemidji and Rochelle (Kevin Demro) of Park Rapids; and his grandchildren, Simon, Mollie, Wyatt, Levi and Jack Nelson.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji (2807 Irvine Ave NW, Bemidji, MN 56601).
