He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Haack; his daughters, Gayl Rachelle Manion (David), Kristin Lee Yurovchak (Sean) and Dr. Laura Jean Kitzan (Cory); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Daniel, Joshua, Michael, Alex, Andrew, Emily and Ryan. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, sons in law.
