It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omer Kenneth Preston Jr. of Bemidji, Minnesota, born in Park River, North Dakota, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Sr. Preston and Eva Preston (Wilcox); his daughter Eva Preston (Olive); and his siblings, Donna Settingsgard, Gwen Mouton, Lucine Renskers, Vivian Fisher, John Rodney Preston, Janice Bahr, Lanny Preston, Rodger Preston and Ernie Preston.
He is survived by: his former wife Loretta Alvarez; his wife Olive Puffe; his daughters, Tina Hamilton, Lynda Garcia (Valerio) and Jeannie Preston; his stepson Jon Puffe (Karen); and his sisters, Kathryn Osmundson, Lorraine Brownlee, Naomi Erickson, Penny Huffman and Candy Kilpala. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren.
