Swingen of Bemidji, Minnesota, born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Locklin (Lock) and Pearl Locklin (Davidson); her sisters, Joyce Arnason and Betty Hanson; and her son Lonnie.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Swingen; her children, Erin Dodd (Cliff) of Scottsdale, AZ, Dan Swingen (Heidi), Anthony Swingen and Bemidji; her grandchildren, Ryan Dunphy, Haley Dunphy, Cole Miles, Nicholas Swingen (Jess), Michael and Brooke Kossan Grand (Tylden); and her great grandchildren, Madalynn Reyes, Lilyan Reyes, Elizabeth Swingen, Collette Kossan and Riese Kossan.
