He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Wernberg and Lorene Wernberg (Smith) of Thompson, ND.; his sister Charlotte; his sister-in-law Charlene Wernberg; his grandparents, Erick and Agnes Wernberg; his parents-in-law, George and Dorothea Paul; his uncles, Bert, Emmett and Leslie; and his friend Gerald Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Beryl; his daughters, Char Blashill and Jessica Schwehr; his grandchildren, Danielle Wernberg and Kovi Schwehr; his brothers, Neil Wernberg and Russell Wernberg (Pam Burns); his niece Natalie; his nephew Wade Sand; and also, Gary Westin, Todd Deshane, Carl and Betty Fiala. He is also survived by family, cousins.
