She was predeceased by: her parents, David Vincent and Florence Vincent (Annis); her husband Don Hirt; and her siblings, Calvin, Russell, Tom, James, Charlie, Margaret "Gem" Kerr, Lucille Wright, Ida Hegge and Avis Kelm.
She is survived by: her friend Dee Chileen; her sisters, Charlotte McDonald and Grace Olsen (Melvin); her daughters, Deb Maring of Ottertail, MN and Jean Gravelle (Bill) of Aitkin, MN; her grandchildren, Kelly Maring, Terrance Maring, Scott Olson, Mike Olson, Stephanie Olson (Trista), Jack Gravelle and Bethanie Gravelle; and her great grandchildren, Ransom Olson, Coen Olson, Lily, Piper, Steel Maring, Ella and Will Olson. She is also survived by her family and friends.
As Alzheimer's began to take its toll, she moved in with her daughters, Jean and Deb, until her care requirements led her to Hallet Cottages in Crosby in 2021.
