It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luvern Robert Eickhoff in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Eickhoff (Blodwen Eickhoff) and Blodwen Eickhoff; his brothers, Lyle, Lawrence and Loran; his mother-in-law Gerda Nordling; his siblings-in-law, Dale Nordling, Harold Bustrack (Warren) and Janet Eickhoff; his niece Lynda Wilson (Eickhoff); and his nephew Jeffrey Eickhoff.
He is survived by: his wife Avis of Bemidji, MN; his children, Stuart of Plymouth, MN and Mary Gfeller (Eickhoff); his son-in-law Urs Gfeller; his granddaughters, Alexia and Savanna; his sister Eileen (Harvey); and his sisters-in-law, Joanne (Griggs) and Elva Joyce (Nordling). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
