It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Jacobsen of Bemidji, Minnesota, born in Bozeman, Montana, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Jacobsen and Ruth Jacobsen; his sisters, Bertha Schaul and Margy Ulrich; and his nephews, Mike Phillips and Christopher Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Delphine Forte; his friend Randy Newbold; his brothers-in-law, Robert Forte and Curtis Forte; his nieces and nephews, Bob Forte, TJ Forte, Jody Lynn Hughes (Brian), Allison Forte (Chris French), Patti Winters, Tammy Guza (Stefan) and Jen Lagergren; and his pet Peppy.
