With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Heltemes of Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Hagen and Dorothy Hagen (Thon); her husband Gib Heltemes; and her sisters, Janet Hauck (Ron), Paulette Goff and Darlene Kroshus (Bob).
She is survived by: her sons, Joe and Dan; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Levi, Navaeh, Titus and Raife; her sister Mavis Olson; her brothers-in-law, Don Goff and Terry Olson; and her aunt Mildred Hagen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
