He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Stevens and Mickey Stevens; and his sister Joann Carlson (Stevens). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Stevens; his sons, Matthew Stevens (Rachel) and Cody Stevens (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Bexley, Ryker and Daxton Stevens.
