It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bergit Joan Goodman (Bemidji, Minnesota), who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Nelson (Froirak) and John Nelson; her brother Norman Nelson; her siblings-in-law, Kari Nelson and Wayne Goodman; and her nephew Mike Goodman.
She is survived by: her husband William Goodman; her children, JoyAnn Dahl (Steve) of Plummer, MN and Joel Goodman (Nana) of Lino Lakes, MN.; her grandchildren, Benjamin Dahl (Debora), Emalynn Nikunen (Jeremy), Marquelle Edlund (Joshua), Cristian Dahl (Madilyn), Marcus and Mia Goodman; her great grandchildren, David Dahl, Kerby Edlund, Baby Edlund and Asher Dahl; her brothers, Edward Nelson and David Nelson; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Nelson of Bemidji, MN, Paul Goodman and Patricia O'Donnell of Rapid River. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many friends.
