He was predeceased by: his parents, Doug Tischman and Patricia Tischman (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Sonia Erickson of Bemidji; his siblings, Jamie Tischman (Ben) of Bemidji and Angela Tischman of Bemidji; his uncle Virgil Johnson; his aunts, Jackie Welch, Wanda Baumgartner (John), Colleen Hill-Kjos (Roger) and Rosemary Denault (Tischman); and his great-aunt Brenda Strowbridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew.
