She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gohl and Beata Gohl; her husband Eugene M. Beltz, Sr.; her sons, Herbert Beltz (Opal), Eugene Beltz Jr. (Lorraine) and Shirley Traaseth Beltz; and her siblings, Alois, Albin, Arthur, Andrew, Azela and Adrian.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Louise Beltz LaVine (Dan); her grandchildren, Joe LaVine, Karen, Gabriel, Avery, Allison, Briana Leigh, Chris, William, Dani, Adeline, Cora, Kyler LaVine, Steve Beltz, Shirley, Stephanie, Tom Beltz, Colin, Ross, Mary Pat Rapp (Kieth), Jane Stash, Jenny, Kevin, Mike Beltz, Cindy, Brittany, Nicole, Mark Beltz, Julie, Christine and Eric; and her sister Avis Calkins.
