He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Polzin; his daughter Pam Winkleman; his grandson Jacob Allex; and his siblings, Albert, Walter, Raymond and Laura "Sally" Borchert.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Freemire of Lakefield, MN, Judy Skoblik (Richard) of Belview, MN, Jerry Polzin (Kris) of Marshall, MN, Lori Allex (Brian) of Redwood Falls, MN and Scott Polzin (Marsha) of Colton, SD.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
