With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Herbert Erwin Hein Jr. of Belview, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hein and Laura Hein; and his wife Dorothy Huseby. He is survived by: his daughter Shelly; his son-in-law Nathan Schultz; his daughter Lorie Reilly; his grandchildren, Nikolaus Schultz (Jenny), Natalie Carr (Travis), Joshua Reilly, Jessica Newkirk (Jonathon), Daemon and Derek Bauer; his great grandchildren, Norman, Ella, Hazel Schultz, Walter, Nolan Carr, Jordan and Kate Newkirk; and his sisters, Jenet Jacobson and Mavis Boushek.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (260 County Hwy 10, Vesta, MN 56292). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Echo Cemetery (521 4th Ave, Echo, MN 56237).
