She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lund and Ida Lund (Dahl); her brother Walter; her sons, Michael and Daniel; her son-in-law David Koolstra; her grandson Travis Sorenson; her siblings-in-law, Wally and Jeanette Bubendorf; and her nephew Steve Bubendorf.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Darwin "Bud" Brooks; her children, Deborah Koolstra of McBain, MI, Laura Sweet of Rockmart, GA, Lonnie Brooks of Crookston, Daren Brooks (Carol Steinhoff) of Crookston, Drew Brooks of Grand Forks, N. D., Dustan Brooks of Kindred, N. D. and Devlyn Brooks (Shelley) of Moorhead, Minn.; her daughter-in-law Teri Brooks of Sauk Centre, MN; her grandchildren, David Koolstra (Jenny), Doreen Flynn (Shawn), Daisie Arndt (Johnny), Dwight Koolstra (Sarah), Linda McClure (Scott), Dawn Wade (Jim), Misty Murietta (Michael), Peter Russling, Forrest Steinhoff, Taushia Henkel-Johnson (David), Wesley Shoults, Brandi Flaten, Drew Brooks Jr., Vincent Brooks, Harley Hilde, Jared Brooks (Amy), Garrett Brooks (Anna Steinwand), Carter Brooks, Ava Heitman, Siriana Heitman and Maressa Rousslange (Josh); and her nieces, Cheri Smart (Scott) and Ida Bubendorf. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
