She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Thomas and Carol Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her siblings, Randy Thomas (Claudia) and Kelly Mastel (Clark); her children, Darcy Hoag (Bill), Shaunda Holt (Jeff) and Kyle Mangel; her grandchildren, Tayler, Haley, Tommy, Kendall, Micah, Morgan, Ashlyn, Brandon, Joshua and John; and her great grandchildren, Graysen, Easten, Jaysen, Emmitt and Kenly.
The family requests donations be made to National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) or the American Cancer Society.
