He was predeceased by: his wife Betty (Hamrick); his son Steven; his grandson Lance Peterson; his grandparents, Theodore, Bertha Mattick, Emil and Emma Meyer; his brothers, Theodore, Jerome and Richard; his sisters-in-law, Helen Mattick, Pam Mattick and Lou Ann Mattick; his nephew Todd Mattick; and his niece Lori Patterson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Mattick (Jim Hartshorn) of Swea City, IA, Alesia Montoya of Centennial, CO and Jennelle Mattick of Webster, MN.; his brothers, Larry Mattick (Cyndy) of Phoenix, AZ and Neil Mattick (Pam) of Mankato, MN; and his sister-in-law Joan Mattick of Albert Lea, MN. He is also survived by 10 Nephews, 5 Nieces, 12 Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Grandchildren.
