He is survived by: his children, Steven Kopacek (Carolyn) and Amy Dvorak (Brad); his grandchildren, John Dvorak (DeeDee), Elizabeth Rassier (Paul), Matthew Dvorak (Erica), Rebecca Koch (Ryan) and Nathan Kopacek; his great grandchildren, Benton, Mason, Ada, Delainey, Lucas and Rowan; and his brothers, Gordy Kopacek and Gary Kopacek.
