He is survived by: his parents, David Worm and Anita Worm (Hiles) of Belle Plaine; his wife Maddie Parcells of Belle Plaine; his daughter Chloee; his siblings, Daryl "Grub" (Jodi) of Jasper and Dale "Buddha" (Lynn) of Dassel; and his brother-in-law Wayne Adkins of Arlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
