She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Stang and Hilda Stang (Spanier); her husband Gene Stalberger; her son Joseph; and her siblings, Luella, Bob and Jane.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Stalberger of Belgrade and Mary Stalberger of Sauk Centre; her grandchildren, Guy, Molly, Bethany and Joslyn; her great grandchildren, Anna, Emma, Landon, Lachlan, Talen, Ady, Harper, Maizie, Tate, Bentley, Hudson and Oaklee; her close friend Ray Volkenant; her sisters, Joan Walz and Carol Beberger; and her sisters-in-law, Muriel Stang, Mary Jo Linder (Dennis) and Sandy Stalberger.
