He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Steffensen and Hedvig Steffensen (Mikkelson); his former wife Carol Lowder; his sons, Daniel Steffensen and Christopher Steffensen; his grandchildren, Trista Monson and Shyra Martyn; and his brother Jon Steffensen.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Lecher; his children, Mike Steffensen (Stacy), Joe Steffensen and Willy Steffensen (Andrea); his stepchildren, Darren Birch (Laura-Lo), Dawn Rupp and Dion Birch (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Cathy Steffensen; and his siblings, Dale Steffensen, David Steffensen (Sandy), Wayne Steffensen (Kathy) and Mary Lee Weaver. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
