She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund; her son David; her grandson Nathan Nelson; her siblings, Walter, Peter, Norbert, Bernard, Elmer, Helen, Elizabeth and Marcella; and her close friend Frank Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Dale (Betty), Linda Nelson (James), Dennis (Crystal), Lori Tollefson (Randy), Lisa Meyer (Mark) and Duane (Tammy); her daughter-in-law Rosann Braegelman; and her sister-in-law Margie Braegelman. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (508 13th St N, Benson, MN 56215). Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church (508 13th St N, Benson, MN 56215). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (508 13th St N, Benson, MN 56215).
