He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Speldrich and Edith Speldrich (Strike); his brother Gerald "Buckwheat" Speldrich; and his brothers-in-law, Gilbert Poepping, Melvin Hiltner and Cyril Hiltner.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae; his children, Debbie Wolbeck (Gerald), Gail VanHavermaet (Mark), Gary Speldrich (Amy), Judy Butler (Chad) and Randy Speldrich (Rachel); and his sisters, Irene Hiltner, Roselene Poepping and Carolyn Hiltner. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
