He is survived by: his mother MaryJane Kuklok (Wochnick) of Sauk Rapids; his wife Patricia "Lou" (Stefano) of Becker; his son Jared of Minneapolis; his stepchildren, Kelly Kolbinger (Mark) of Becker and Christopher Cook of Becker; his grandchildren, Michael, Emma, Kaitlin and Kia; his great grandchildren, Nora and Austin; and his sisters, Marilys Simmons (DuWayne) of Sauk Rapids, Renee Strang of Sauk Rapids and Brenda Heinen (Walter) of St. Cloud.
