He is survived by: his mother Katie Hemmelgarn (Kampa) of St. Cloud; his wife Lucille Doering of Elk River; his daughters, Chris Hemmelgarn (Wendy) of Elk River, Amy Borst of Princeton and Kim Clyne (Rick) of Princeton; his siblings, Ray Hemmelgarn (Dolly) of Richfield, Carol Lucius of Clear Lake, Donna Bebus (Steve) of Clear Lake and Allen Hemmelgarn (Janie) of Andover; his grandchildren, Justin, Katie, Clarissa, Lee, Colton, Heather and Sadie; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Olivia and Amelia. He is also survived by his family and was a great babysitter and teacher to his grandchildren.
