He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Wicklem and Alf Wicklem; his wife Sharon Hazeltine (King); and his brother Tom Hazeltine. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Hazeltine and Lea Lumley (Charles); and his grandsons, Zachary Lumley and Joshua Lumley.
