It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred C Kleine Jr. (Becker, Minnesota), born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kleine and Etta Kleine (Hellyer); his sisters, Karla Worden and Bonnie Dalen (Alvin); his half-sister Alice Swanger; his father-in-law Douglas Smith; and his brother-in-law Perry Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Smith of Becker; his children, Carmel of Eagle Lake, Daniel of Shakopee and Matt of Sauk Rapids; his grandchildren, Alexis, Brayden Kleine, Adam and Alex Hobbs; his mother-in-law Geraldine Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Smith, Peggy Laubenthal (Ken) and Ray Worden. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor's choice of organizations, or the Becker Food Shelf.
