Ethel M. Linquist Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ethel M. Linquist of Becker, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olaf Olson and Mary Olson (Ellefson); her husbands, Fran Linquist and Alvin "Stub" Linquist; her son Gil; her grandson Peter; her siblings, Clarence (Grace), Marvin (Mavis), Murlin (Phoebe), Dwight (Bernice), Lester, Leona Kadrmas (Anthony), Audrey Schaapveld (Herbert) and Harriet Johnson (Woodrow); and her brother-in-law Ronald Johnson.
She is survived by: her sister Arlene Johnson of Becker; her sister-in-law Phyllis Olson of Becker; her daughter-in-law Linda Pemble Linquist King (Fred) of Wyoming, MN; her grandchildren, Catherine Vandermyde (Daniel) and Joseph Linquist (Molly); and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Kellen, Benjamin, Jackson and MacKenzie. She is also survived by 50 nieces and nephews; and over 250 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (11755 Sherburne Ave, Becker, MN 55308). A memorial service was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
