He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Borg and Ella Borg (Breider); and his sister Kathryn Jean Sneesby (Borg). He is survived by: his wife Lois E. Haurunen; his sons, Von Borg (Karen) and Wade Borg (Deb); his grandchildren, Danielle Johnson (Evan) and Jeremy Borg; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Johnson and Rosalind Johnson.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private service for immediate family members is pending.
