Jacqueline touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Dick O'Brien; her sister-in-law Mary Jean Stewart; and her daughter-in-law MaryPat O'Brien. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Debbie), Mike, Mary, Tom, Jim (Anne) and Sue; her grandchildren, Jaymie, Mike (Renee), Dave (Akky), Danielle, Dan, Alli and Riley; her great grandchildren, Dayna, Sanika, Henry and Zelda; and her caregivers, Daphne, Sara, Anne A., Christy and Kelly.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Calendar Church of Saint Charles (409 3rd St N, Bayport, MN 55003). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Charles (409 3rd St N, Bayport, MN 55003). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:35 AM to 11:40 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's choice.
