He is survived by: his brother-in-law Harold Hawkins; his nieces and nephews, Joyce, Sharon, Jean, Betsy Garavalia, Karen, Chuck, Mary Holmen, Judy, Kathleen, Gwen, Jim, Becky Portz, Markie, Kathy, Barbie, Tommy, Jimmy, Mary Ihlan, Jill, Pam, Polly, Dianne Hawkins, Scott, Wendy, Danny Register, Robert, Gary, Tom and Julie Radke; and his close friends, Lenny, Sue and Shirley.
