She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Burchfield and Ola Burchfield (Miller); her sons, Stewart and Elliot "Lars" Tiegen; and her siblings, Carl, Raymond, Joe, Shirley, Linda, Thomas and Harvey.

She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Tiegen; her children, Anita Embree of Baxter, Dinah Sundberg (Glen) of Baxter, Louisa Tiegen of Pequot Lakes and Eric Tiegen (Laura) of Houma, LA; her sister Laverne Atkinson of Magnolia, AK; her grandchildren, Lisa, Jonathan, Spencer, James and Jesse; and her stepgrandchildren, Stephan, Brandi and Nikki. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and two step great grandchildren.

Memorials are preferred to the Salvation Army or Alzheimer's Foundation.
