She was predeceased by: her mother Deanna; and her siblings, Edward, AJ and Sandy. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Caddy; her children, Sam Shirley of Brainerd, Angie Simon of Brainerd and Dawn Rasmussen (Ed) of Brainerd; her grandchildren, Bryan Shirley, Paul Shirley, Shelby Shirley, Aubrey Rasmussen and Shannon Rasmussen; her great grandchild PJ Shirley; her father Skip Quayle; and her brothers, Duane and Andy.
