He is survived by: his stepchildren, Phillip May (Theresa), Renee McPherson Daniels and Mickey McPherson Farber (Scott); and his brothers, Jim Dixon (Lori) and Bob Dixon (Mary). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
