He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Olson and Hulda Olson (Rydberg); his daughter Pam Nelson; his grandchildren, Shane Bjornson and Kate McTee; and his siblings, Lorraine Prosser (Wayman), Mercedes Larson (Amos) and Wallace Olson (Doris).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Diane Bjornson, Susan Breen (Tom), Mylan Olson (Nicole) and Nyman Olson; his stepsons, Stephen Johnson (Linda), Gregg Johnson (Diane) and Reid Johnson (Margo); and his son-in-law Bob Nelson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
