She is survived by: her former husband Robert Eizenhoefer; her husband Kenneth Puchalla of Foley, MN; her sister Tamara Kula (Todd) of Foley, MN; her sons, Chad Eizenhoefer (Arlene) and Wesley Eizenhoefer (Jovanna) of San Diego, CA; her siblings, Patricia Neuman (James) of Parkers Prairie, MN and James Thielges (Fu-Mei) of Centralia, WA; and her grandchildren, Tearayne, Rhett, Emma, Jace and Alec. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
