He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oliphant and Grace Oliphant (Richmond); his siblings, Ralph, Marvin, Dale, Ardythe Sullivan, Janie Salfisberg and Betty Marshall; and his former wife Margaret.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dawn (Mark), Steve (Holly), Doug (Rosie), Troy (Connie) and Darla Davis; and his siblings, Bruce, Gary and Diane Talhami. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
