He is survived by: his parents, Robert McKinney and Connie McKinney (Knowlen) of Nisswa; his wife Rhonda Carper of Coon Rapids; his sons, Dylan (Miranda Nguyen) of Shakopee, Keegan and Quinlan of Coon Rapids; his brothers, Shawn of Monticello, Rob of Princeton and Jarrod (Farrah); his parents-in-law, Shirley Carper of Brainerd and Robert Carper of Fort Ripley; his siblings-in-law, Kim Carper of Nashville, TN and Terry Carper of Brainerd; and his pet Tito. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
