It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Carter (Baxter, Minnesota), born in New Auburn, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Carter and Cora Carter (Butterfield). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his son Jay Cater (Rita); and his grandchildren, Ross Carter and Rebecca Carter (Marcus Cadena).
